 Deposit Requirement

• A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• If needed, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment but cannot be refunded.

 Payment Methods

• Payments are accepted via EuphoricLooks.com (pay link), cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

• No refunds after the service is complete.

Appointment Policy

• Appointments are first come, first served. I do not hold spots without a deposit.

 Add-Ons (Optional Enhancements)

• Premium Lashes: $7 for natural, $10 for dramatic ($3 discount for makeup clients)

• Glitter Accent (liner, under-eye, or cut crease): $5

• Rhinestones: $10

• Bottom Lashes: $5

• To request add-ons, please use the message box under client details when booking. The add-ons requested will be added to your final total upon arrival.

 Extra Guests Policy

• No extra guests allowed unless discussed in advance.

• Up to two children may be permitted with prior approval.

Product Availability

• All Euphoric Looks products sold online are also available for purchase in-studio.

• If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please notify me before your appointment for your safety.
