  • What payment methods do you accept? 
    We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash-app. All payments are final, and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
    Limit of two small children as extra guests as courtesy; no extra adults.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Appointments can be booked directly through our website under the Bookings section. A $10 deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance your deposit is nonrefundable, but it can be used towards a rescheduled appointment.
  • Where are you located?
    Euphoric Looks operates from a private at-home studio in Jonesboro, GA. The exact address will be provided 24 hours before your appointment for security and privacy reasons.
  • What should I do to prepare for my makeup appointment?
    I do supply a gentle face cleanser and towel to properly cleanse your face upon arrival.
  • What if I’m running late? 
    There is no late fee I am understanding that things happen there is a chance for your appointment to be canceled due to back to back scheduling just reach out to me to ensure your appointment It’s still scheduled.
  • Do you offer birthday or special occasion discounts?
    Yes! We offer a $10 discount on soft glam or full glam services for birthdays. Be sure to mention your birthday when booking!
  • Do you travel for appointments?
    Yes I do have a booking for travel appointments the flat rate is $125 for any make up look must be within 25 miles of Jonesboro, Georgia. After that it will be a $1 per mile.
  • Do you accept walk-ins? 
    No, all appointments must be booked in advance. This ensures that each client receives a dedicated and personalized experience.
  • Do you offer refunds on products? 
    Due to the nature of beauty products, all sales are final for hygienic reasons. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • How do I care for my lip gloss?
    Store your lip gloss in a cool, dry place, and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or heat to maintain its consistency and quality.
