Shipping & Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). • Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: Euphoric Looks LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. 

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at euphoriclooks.llc@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace.

Booking & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling: You must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

• Late Policy: There is no late fee—I understand that things happen. However, if appointments are scheduled back-to-back, there is a chance that your appointment may be canceled. Please reach out to me to ensure your appointment is still scheduled.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable once production begins.
